Elsilimomab (B-E8) is aIgG1monoclonal antibody againstinterleukin-6 (IL-6), with aK_Dof 22 pM and anIC₅₀of 1.4 nM. Elsilimomab can be used for the research of multiple myeloma, renal cell carcinoma, and rheumatoid arthritis (RA)^[1]^[2]^[3].
