TFAX 594,SE is a redfluorescent dyeand exhibits pH-insensitivity over a very broad range (pH in the 4-10). TFAX 594,SE yields exceptionally bright, photostable conjugates with proteins or antibodies (such as goat anti-mouse IgG)^[1].

Proteins labeled with the TFAX 594,SE dye are several-fold brighter than the same proteins labeled with Texas Red dyes^[1].
