Laniquidar (R101933) is a noncompetitive, third generationP-glycoprotein(P-gp)inhibitor with anIC₅₀of 0.51 μM. Laniquidar can be used for modulating multidrug resistance transporters^[1]. Laniquidar can also be used for studying acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS)^[2]. Laniquidar has limited oral bioavailability^[3].
