Des His1, Glu8 Exendin-4 (dH-EX) (i3vt injection; 50 μg, 2 μL/15 s) improves glucose homeostasis by regulating both insulin secretion and glucose production^[1].

Animal Model:	Rat^[1]
Dosage:	50 μg, 2 μl/15 s
Administration:	i3vt injection
Result:	Showed hyperglycemic for the first 45 min after the intraperitoneal glucose load. Significantly increased insulin levels and insulin area under the curve (AUC) during the IVGTT.
