体内研究
(In Vivo)

Solnatide (100, 300, 500 μg; once daily for 3 consecutive days) reduces pulmonary edema, increases occludin expression, and improves gas-blood barrier function during acute hypobaric hypoxia and exercise in rats^[2].

Animal Model:	Sprague-Dawley rats^[2]
Dosage:	100, 300, 500 μg
Administration:	Once daily for 3 consecutive days
Result:	Significantly reduced BAL fluid protein and lung water content. Had intact lungs and showed less hemorrhage and disruption of the alveolar-capillary barrier. Showed high expression of occludin in solnatide-treated animals.
