| 产品描述 | ReZolve-ER™ is a fluorogenic probe that can be used to label the endoplasmic reticulum in live and fixed cells. It easily crosses live cell membranes and accumulates in the endoplasmic reticulum, and its fluorescence can be used to assess endoplasmic reticulum structures using epifluorescent, confocal, and two-photon microscopy. ReZolve-ER™ can be washed from live cells and has low cytotoxicity making it suitable for intermittent monitoring. ReZolve-ER™ displays excitation/emission maxima of 405/570 nm, respectively, and can be used for live and fixed cell applications. |
