MAO-B-IN-15 (Compound 4i, 0.01-1000 μM, 1 h) dose-dependently inhibits MAO-B activity^[1].
MAO-B-IN-15 (10 μM, 24 h) has no effect on cell viability of SH-SY5Y cells^[1].
