Cyclotheonamide A 是一种丝氨酸蛋白酶 (serine protease) 抑制剂 (环状多肽)，可从Theonella属的海洋海绵中获得。Cyclotheonamide A 对trypsin(K_i=0.023 μM) 和streptokinase(K_i=0.035 μM) 显示强效的抑制活性，对人α-thrombin(K_i=0.18 μM) 显示中等抑制活性。Cyclotheonamide A 可用于抗血栓的研究。

生物活性	Cyclotheonamide A is aserine proteaseinhibitor (cyclic polypeptide), which can be obtained from marine sponges of the genusTheonella. Cyclotheonamide A shows potent inhibitory activity againsttrypsin(K_i=0.023 μM) andstreptokinase(K_i=0.035 μM) and moderate inhibitory activity against humanα-thrombin(K_i=0.18 μM). Cyclotheonamide A can be used in study of antithrombotic^[1].
