CC-90002 has a high affinity for binding to CD47 with a subnanomolar dissociation constant (K_d) value^[1].
CC-90002 can block the CD47-SIRPa interaction with IC₅₀value in the subnanomolar range^[1].
CC-90002 has inhibitory effect in concentration-dependent in the ALL and AML cell lines^[1].

体内研究

CC-90002 shows significant dose-dependent antitumor activity and significant tumor regression in tumor xenografts models^[1].
