ALK5-IN-9 inhibitsALK5autophosphorylation and NIH3T3 cell activity withIC₅₀values of 25 nM and 74.6 nM, respectively. ALK5-IN-9 also shows favorable pharmacokinetic profile and ameliorated hERG inhibition. ALK5-IN-9 has the potential for the research ofcancerdisease^[1].
