iNOS inhibitor-10 (1 μM) inhibits iNOS activity by 83%, and is inactive against eNOS^[1].
iNOS inhibitor-10 (0.001-100 μM, 5 days) reduces cell viability of MDA-MB-231 cells^[1].
iNOS inhibitor-10 (25 μM, 24 h) prevents migration of MDA-MB-231 cells^[1].
iNOS inhibitor-10 (measured in liver microsomes) shows a reasonably metabolic stability, with a t_1/2of 38 min CL_intof 39.6 mL/min/Kg^[1].
