Sulfafurazole diethanolamine

Sulfisoxazole (Sulfafurazole) diethanolamine 是内皮素受体（endothelin receptor）拮抗剂，对内皮素受体 A 和 B 的IC₅₀值分别为 0.60 μM 和 22 μM。Sulfisoxazole diethanolamine 是磺胺类抗菌剂（antibacterial）。Sulfisoxazole diethanolamine 通过靶向内皮素受体 A，抑制乳腺癌外显子释放。

生物活性

Sulfisoxazole (Sulfafurazole) diethanolamine is anendothelin receptorantagonist withIC₅₀values of 0.60 μM and 22 μM againstendothelin receptorA andendothelin receptorB, respectively. Sulfisoxazole diethanolamine is a sulfonamideantibacterialwith an oxazole substituent. Sulfisoxazole diethanolamine inhibits breastcancerexosome release by targetingendothelin receptorA^[1]^[2].
