Rabdosin B is an ent-kaurene diterpenoid with anticancer effects. Rabdosin B inducesDNA damagein cells, and inhibits lettuce root hair development of seedlings^[1]^[2].

体外研究
(In Vitro)

Rabdosin B (200 μM; 3-12 h) 诱导根分生组织细胞 G2 期和 S 期的细胞周期延迟。Rabdosin B 显示 DNA 损伤呈时间和剂量依赖性增加^[1]。
Rabdosin B 对生菜幼苗 (Lactuca sativa L.) 的根生长显示出双相、剂量依赖性作用和对根毛发育的强烈抑制作用。较低浓度的 Rabdosin B (20-80 μM) 显着促进根系生长，但相比之下，其 120-200 μM 的较高水平具有抑制作用。此外，所有测试浓度 (10-40 μM) 均以剂量依赖性方式抑制幼苗的根毛发育^[1]。
