Isocucurbitacin D 抑制癌细胞生长，对 SK-MEL-2、A549、XF498、HCT15 和 SK-OV-3 细胞的 ED₅₀分别为 0.06、0.2、0.6、0.8 和 1.2 μg/mL^[1]。

Cell Proliferation Assay^[1]

Cell Line:	MCF-7, MDA MB 231, A2780, A2780 CP, HepG2 and HCT-116 cells
Concentration:	0-100 μM
Incubation Time:	48 h
Result:	Inhibited cell proliferation with IC₅₀s of 12.0, 30.7, 37.8, 47.9, >100 and >100 μM against MDA MB 231, HCT-116, HepG2, MCF-7, A2780 and A2780 CP, respectively.
