Genkwadaphnin 是一种瑞香烷二萜，靶向内输蛋白importin-β1，能减少CRPC关键驱动因子的核积累，并关闭它们的下游致癌信号。Genkwadaphnin 能够抑制小鼠体内去势抵抗性前列腺癌 (CRPC) 的发展，具有抗癌活性。

生物活性	Genkwadaphnin is a daphnane diterpenoid, targeting of importin-β1 to reduce the nuclear accumulation of key CRPC drivers, and shut down their downstream oncogenic signaling. Genkwadaphnin shows potent anti-tumor activity and inhibits castration-resistant prostatecancer(CRPC) in vivo in mice^[1].
