Linoleic acid glycidyl ester is an esterified form of linoleic acid containing a glycidyl group. It is hydrolyzedin vivoto glycidol, which is carcinogenic in rats.¹Linoleic acid glycidyl ester has been found in commercial edible oils and infant formulas.^2,3
