Penicillinase-resistant Nafcillin is used to treat infections caused by penicillin-resistant strains of Staphylococci.
体内活性
通过Ser-70与β-内酰胺酶形成共价的酰基酶中间体,Nafcillin sodium可使β-内酰胺酶灭活。Nafcillin（>80 mM,<200s）完全抑制β-内酰胺酶活性。去除Nafcillin后,受抑制的酶可重新被完全激活,速率常数为2×10-3/s (25 ℃)。
