Adoptive transfer of tolDC loaded with MOG35-55 inhibited the development and severity of EAE in mice, accompanied by reduced numbers of inflammatory infiltrates and decreased levels of demyelination in the spinal cord tissues of mice.?In addition, treatment with tolDC loaded with antigen peptide also significantly reduced the frequency of splenic Th1 and Th17 cells in EAE mice.?The effects of tolDC were similar to that of the JAK/STAT inhibitor, CP690550-treated DC[1].
