In Ezetimibe's synthesis process development research, the impurity content detected in the final product using reversed-phase gradient high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was 0.05% to 0.15%, and its molecular weight was determined by LC-MS analysis. The impurity is defluorized ezetimibe.
