A gas chromatographic method for the determination of DU717, a novel antihypertensive drug in plasma, was established.The plasma concentration of DU717 ranged from 10-150 ng /mL with a RSD of 6.2%.The minimum detection concentration is 1 ng/mL.Plasma levels of DU717 in spontaneously hypertensive and normal-blood pressure rats were also measured.
