Exhibits no significant effect on related outer mitochondrial membrane protein Mitofusin. Reduces stress-induced degeneration of dopaminergic neurons derived from PD patient iPSCs. Rescues age-dependent neuronal loss and prolongs lifespan in fly PD models.
