DS16570511 dose-dependently inhibits serum-induced mitochondrial Ca 2+ influx in HEK293A cells with an IC 50 of 7 μM [1]. DS16570511 inhibits Ca 2+ uptake of isolated mitochondria from human cells, rat heart as well as pig heart [1].
