Background:

C/EBPα inducer 1 (compound 78) is a potent inducer of C/EBPα and myeloid differentiation[1].

C/EBPα inducer 1 (compound 78, 3 μM) causes myeloid differentiation differentiation[1].C/EBPα inducer 1 (compound 78) increases the expression of the neutrophil differentiation surface marker CD11b[1].C/EBPα inducer 1 (compound 78) induces the expression of the neutrophil differentiation surface marker CD11b and upregulation of CEBPA and its downstream targets[1].C/EBPα inducer 1 (compound 78) can upregulate G-CSF receptors, and render leukemic cells more sensitive to G-CSF stimulation[1].
