CAY10668 is a 4-hydroxylated form of 2,2',6'-trimethoxy-trans-stilbene. The 4-methoxylated form of the same trans-stilbenoid inhibits CYP1B1 (IC50 = 1.77 nM), suggesting that this compound may also be an inhibitor of CYP1B1.
