背景信息：

线粒体膜ATP合酶（F（1）F（0）ATP合酶或复合物V）在呼吸链电子传递复合物产生的质子梯度作用下，由ADP产生ATP。F-型atp酶由两个结构域组成，F（1）-包含膜外催化核心，F（0）-包含膜质子通道，通过中心柄和外围柄连接在一起。在催化过程中，F（1）催化结构域的ATP合成通过一个旋转机制与质子转运相耦合。亚单位α和β在F（1）中形成催化核心。围绕着α（3）β（3）亚基旋转的中央茎导致β亚基上三个单独催化位点的ATP水解。α亚单位不具有催化高亲和力ATP结合位点。结合细菌铁载体肠杆菌素，并能促进肠杆菌素衍生铁离子的线粒体积累。
