DOCK2（胞质分裂专用剂 2）是鸟嘌呤核苷酸交换因子 (GEF) 的 DOCK-A 亚家族的成员，其充当小 G 蛋白（1,3）的激活剂。在白细胞中表达的 DOCK2 激活 Rac 的亚型，该亚型调节趋化性是免疫反应的一部分（1,2,4）。
