背景信息：
Dishevelled (Dsh) 蛋白是 Wnt 信号转导通路的重要中间介质。Dsh 可抑制糖原合成激酶-3β，进而促进 β-catenin 稳定。Dsh 蛋白还可以通过激活 JNK 参与平面细胞极性通路 (1,2)。在哺乳动物细胞中有三种 Dsh 同源染色体，分别是 Dvl1、Dvl2 和 Dvl3。经过 Wnt 蛋白处理后， Dvls 开始过度磷酸化 (3) 并在胞核聚集 (4)。Dvl 蛋白还与肌动蛋白纤维和胞质囊泡膜相关 (5) ，并且在 Wnt 蛋白刺激后介导 Fzd 受体的内吞作用 (6)。也有 Dvl 在某些癌症中过表达的报道7,8。
