背景信息：
PSAP（Prostate spectific acid phosphatase，前列腺特异性酸性磷酸酶）是由前列腺上皮细胞合成的、具有水解磷酸酯功能的糖蛋白，分子量为52kDa。表达于正常前列腺腺泡细胞、导管上皮细胞以及腔内分泌物，在前列腺良性肥大、增生和肿瘤中也阳性表达。与PSA相似，但特异性不高。主要用于前列腺癌和转移性前列腺癌的诊断。此外，在尿道、尿道周围腺体、多形性腺瘤、神经内分泌肿瘤、乳腺癌、结肠癌、胃癌等组织中也可见阳性表达。
