背景信息：
在被 Janus 激酶激活时，Stat6 转位到胞核调节细胞因子诱导的基因表达。Stat6 通过 Tyr641 磷酸化激活，并且是对 IL-4 和 IL-13 产生反应所必需的 (1-4)。此外，Stat6 在 B 细胞中被 IFN-α 激活，并与 Stat2 和 p48 形成转录激活的复合体 (5,6)。蛋白磷酸酶 2A 还参与调控 IL-4 介导的 Stat6 信号转导 (7)。
