视黄酸诱导基因 1 (RAIG1) 也称为 RAI3 和 GPRC5A，属于 G 蛋白偶联受体 (GPCRs) 家族。GPCRs 是哺乳动物中最大最富集的受体家族，由一千多个成员组成 (1)。视黄酸 (RA) 是一个多效性信号转导分子亚家族，可调节各种生理和发育过程。RAIG1 被认为是 RA 信号转导的一个下游靶标 (2)。RAIF1 在肺组织和多个肺癌细胞系中表达，能编码被假定是一个肺癌抑癌基因的七次跨膜糖蛋白 (3,4)。
