背景信息：
TNFSF15 (TL1A)，TNF 超家族蛋白成员，是 TL1/VEGI 基因的剪切变体 (1)。内皮细胞、单核细胞、巨噬细胞以及树突细胞可表达 TL1A，该过程由促炎症细胞因子、微生物和 AMPK 激活上调 (14)。TL1A 通过其受体 DR3 激活 NFκB 和 JNK 通路 (1,5)。TL1A 可作为 T 细胞激活的协调刺激信号起作用，尤其可调控 Th17 细胞的发育和增殖 (1,2,6)。小鼠模型提示，TL1A 对炎症性肠病相关的炎症和发病起着驱动作用 (7,8)。
