背景信息:
鸟嘌呤核苷酸结合蛋白(G蛋白)作为调节器或传感器参与到各种跨膜信号系统中。通过结合和激活Rhogfs(ARHGEF1/p115RhoGEF、ARHGEF11/PDZ RhoGEF和ARHGEF12/LARG)激活效应分子RhoA。GNA13依赖性Rho信号随后调节转录因子AP-1(激活蛋白-1)。通过激活RhoA/ROCK信号通路促进肿瘤细胞的侵袭和转移。抑制与Rho激活无关的CDH1介导的细胞粘附。
