背景信息：
淋巴管内皮透明质酸受体 1 (LYVE-1)，也称为含胞外连接域的蛋白 1 (XLKD1)，是一种 I 型整合膜糖蛋白。LYVE-1 是一种 CD44 同系物，主要在淋巴管内皮细胞上发现，但也已在肝血窦内皮细胞、胚胎血管、库普弗细胞、朗格汉斯岛、皮质神经元和肾上皮细胞中发现 (1-3) 。LYVE-1 作为透明质酸的受体，在透明质酸的转运和转换中发挥作用 (4-7) 。LYVE-1 还通过选择性粘附到白细胞表面糖萼中的透明质酸、介导树突细胞对接和进入淋巴管 (8) 。几项研究已经证明 LYVE-1 可作为淋巴组织和淋巴管生成的标志物 (9,10)
