背景信息：

晚期内体/溶酶体接头与 MAPK 和 MTOR 激活剂 4(LAMTOR4) 是由 C7orf59 基因编码的 ragulator 蛋白复合体的重要组分 (1)。Ragulator 复合体也包括 LAMTOR1/C11orf59、LAMTOR2/ROBLD3、LAMTOR3/MAPKSP1 和 HBXIP(1,2)。该五聚蛋白复合体位于溶酶体膜，对于溶酶体上的 Rag GTPases 和 mTORC1 的溶酶体定位以及 mTORC1 回应氨基酸信号传导的随后激活至关重要 (1-3)。
