背景信息：
Tug（含 UBX 结构域的 Glut4 栓系蛋白），又称 ASPL、ASPSCR1、RCC17、UBXD9、UBXN9，首次在腺泡状软组织肉瘤患者中被发现（1），是一个 TFE3 染色体易位伴侣，在其 C-端区域包含一个 UBX 样结构域。Tug 在细胞内囊泡中与 Glut4 栓系在胰岛素刺激下转位释放 Glut4 到细胞表面 (2)。稳定的 Tug 缺陷或显性失活将刺激 Glut4 重新分布 (3)。
