CDPPB is a novel, potent, selective and brain penetrant mGluR5 positive allosteric modulator. CDPPB has been shown to have positive therapeutic effects for cognitive deficits in schizophrenia and pathology in Huntington's disease, without stimulating to evoke seizures.
