Dimethindene maleate (1-1000 μM) suppresses the cromakalim-induced/glibenclamide-sensitive K＋currents in a concentration-dependent and reversible manner with an IC50value of 29.5 μM[2].
Dimethindene maleate (1-1000 μM) inhibits Y-26763-induced glibenclamide-sensitive K＋currents with an IC50value of 49 μM[2].
