Aposcopolamine is a tropane alkaloid that has been found inD. feroxand is an active metabolite of the muscarinic antagonist scopolamine.1,2It is selective for muscarinic acetylcholine receptors (mAChRs) over nicotinic AChRs (nAChRs; IC50s = 0.0192 and 188 µM, respectively).3
