6-hydroxy Etodolac is a metabolite of the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) and COX inhibitor etodolac .^1,26-hydroxy Etodolac induces false-positive reactions in diazo diagnostic tests for bilirubin in urine.
