10-Acetyl 3,7-dihydroxyphenoxazine (ADHP) is a colorless, non-fluorescent reagent and a highly sensitive and stable substrate for horseradish peroxidase (HRP). This reagent reacts with H2O2 to form the highly fluorescent compound resorufin, so it can selectively detect H2O2 with excitation and emission wavelengths in the range of 520-550 nm and 585-595 nm, respectively.
