描述
One-step TUNEL Cy3 Apoptosis Detection Kit可以用来检测组织或细胞在凋亡过程中细胞核DNA的断裂情况。细胞内的DNA内切酶在细胞凋亡时激活，切断核小体间的基因组DNA，DNA降解成180 - 200 bp或其它整数倍片段。基因组DNA断裂产生的3'-OH末端，在末端脱氧核苷酸转移酶（Terminal Deoxynucleotidyl Transferase, TdT）作用下在其末端添加上带标记的dUTP，从而可以在荧光显微镜或流式细胞仪下进行检测，Ex/Em=550nm/570nm。
本试剂盒应用范围广泛，可以用于检测冷冻或石蜡切片中的细胞凋亡情况，也可以检测培养的贴壁细胞或悬浮细胞的凋亡情况。
