Dihydrocytochalasin B 二氢细胞松弛素 B 是一种细胞分裂抑制剂 (Cytokinesis)，可改变细胞的形态，与细胞松弛素 B 相似。Dihydrocytochalasin B 不抑制葡萄糖转运。Dihydrocytochalasin B 二氢细胞松弛素 B 破坏肌动蛋白结构并抑制生长因子刺激 DNA 合成的能力，可逆地阻断 DNA 合成的起始。Dihydrocytochalasin B 二氢细胞松弛素 B 抑制活性钙转运。

生物活性	Dihydrocytochalasin B (H2CB) is aCytokinesisinhibitor and changes the morphology of the cells, similar to that of cytochalasin B; does not inhibit glucose transport^[1]. Dihydrocytochalasin B (H2CB) disrupts the actin structure and inhibits the ability of growth factors to stimulateDNA synthesis, reversibly blocks initiation of DNA synthesis^[2]. Dihydrocytochalasin B (H2CB) inhibits active calcium transport and causes a Ca²⁺increase in the mucosal scrapings^[3].
