(In Vitro)

JNK3 inhibitor-2 (compound J46) shows 30% and 60% inhibition to JNK2α2 at 30 μM and 100 μM, respectively^[1].
JNK3 inhibitor-2 shows inhibitory ability for DDR1 and EGFR (T790M, L858R) with IC₅₀s of 0.16, 0.37 μM, respectively^[1].
