TPB15 是一种口服有效的Hh(Hedgehog) 信号抑制剂。TPB15 显著诱导 MDA-MB-468 细胞周期阻滞和凋亡。TPB15 阻断Smo(Smoothened) 转位到纤毛中，降低 Smo 蛋白和 mRNA 表达。TPB15 可抑制下游调控因子胶质瘤相关癌基因1 (Gli1) 的表达。TPB15 具有较好的抗肿瘤活性和较低的毒性。

生物活性	TPB15 is an orally active and potentHh(Hedgehog) signaling inhibitor. TPB15 markedly induces cell cycle arrest andapoptosisin MDA-MB-468 cells. TPB15 blocksSmo(Smoothened) translocation into the cilia and reducedSmoprotein and mRNA expression. TPB15 inhibits the expression of the downstream regulatory factor glioma-associated oncogene 1 (Gli1). TPB15 shows good anti-tumor activity with low toxicity^[1].
