GLI antagonist-1 (compound HPI-1) (0-25 μM; 72 h) shows anti-proliferative activity with IC₅₀values of 29, >25, 20.5 μM for SUM149, MDA-MB-231, SUM159 cells, respectively^[1].
GLI antagonist-1 (10 μM; 72 h) decreases the GLI1 mRNA expression in SUM149 cells^[1].
GLI antagonist-1 (5, 10, 20 μM) inhibits colony formation in a dose-dependent manner in SUM149 and MDA-MB-231 cells^[1].
