ETX0462 is a gram-negative chemotypeantibiotic. ETX0462 has potent in vitro and in vivo activity against Pseudomonas aeruginosa plus all other Gram-negative ESKAPE pathogens, Stenotrophomonas maltophilia and biothreat pathogens^[1].
