Antitumor agent-28 inhibits ataxia telangiectasia mutated (ATM; IC₅₀=7.6 nM; HT29 cells), ataxia telangiectasia and Rad3-related protein (ATR; IC₅₀=18 μM; HT29 cells), PI3Ka (IC₅₀=0.24 μM; BT474 cells). Antitumor agent-28 does not inhibit mTOR in MDA-MB-468 cells^[1].
