(In Vivo)

Etilefrine (0.1 mg/kg; i.v.) increases blood pressure (BP) and heart rate (HR), however, Etilefrine does not attenuate the decrease in BP induced by the tilt. Etilefrine also tends to increase cardiac output (CO)^[3].
