CKLF1-C19 是人类趋化因子样因子 1 (CKLF1) 的 C 端肽。CKLF1-C19 与CCR4相互作用，抑制 CKLF1 和 CCL17 诱导的趋化性。CKLF1-C19 可以通过抑制 CCR3 和 CCR4 介导的趋化性来抑制过敏性肺部炎症。

生物活性

CKLF1-C19 is the C-terminal peptide of human chemokine-like factor 1 (CKLF1). CKLF1-C19 interacts withCCR4, and inhibits chemotaxis induced by both CKLF1 andCCL17. CKLF1-C19 can suppress allergic lung inflammation via inhibiting chemotaxis mediated byCCR3andCCR4^[1].

体外研究
(In Vitro)

CKLF1-C19 (200 ng/mL 或 500 ng/mL; 30 分钟) 诱导人类 Th2 细胞的趋化迁移^[1]。
CKLF1-C19 (100 ng/mL; 30 分钟) 抑制 CCL-11 诱导的小鼠嗜酸性粒细胞和人 CCR3 转染或小鼠 CCR3 转染的 HEK293 细胞的趋化性^[1]。

体内研究
(In Vivo)

CKLF1-C19 (0.01-100 μg, 200 μL; 腹腔注射; 单次剂量, 注射于第 24-26 天, 在 OVA 诱导前 30 min) 导致卵清蛋白 (OVA) 组处理组的气道高反应性 (AHR) 显著低于生理盐水对照组^[1]。
CKLF1-C19 (0.5 mg 或 1mg, 200 μL; 皮下注射; 单次剂量) 在哮喘小鼠模型中减少 CCL11 介导的嗜酸性粒细胞进入腹腔^[1]。
