EGFR-IN-75 (compound 2) shows cytotoxicity against MCF-7 and A549 cell lines with IC₅₀values of 4.92 μM and 4.69 μM, respectively^[1].
EGFR-IN-75 (compound 2) also has the best antioxidant property, decreasing the radical scavenging activity by 78%^[1].
